Standingonguard.com attempts to be a faithful reproduction of the content found at standonguard.com as it stood around August 2003. Standonguard.com was an apparent hobby project with very satirical, humourous content with a tenacious Canadian bent. Around August 2003, it appears the domain lapsed and was taken up by a domain squatter. The domain has never been released.

Restoring this content is my tribute to and token of appreciation for the creative and imaginative efforts of General Claire and General Jenny. :)

The content itself comes from Archive.org. My goal is to preserve the existing content as near as possible to the most recent and valid copy of standonguard.com's content as copied by Archive.org. I do not intend to use the site as a personal platform for any reason nor do I have any plans to resurrect anything beyond the static website.

The "...my last thoughts were of purchasing..." link on the entrance page is my own addition as I was delighted to find out I could still order a CWD t-shirt from Cafepress.com. I assume any monies would still go to Claire and Jenny.
